Clients often come with ideas to boost usability, speed, or engagement, aiming to transform their vision into something users will love. My role as a UX Designer is to map out this journey, starting with research to understand users needs adn uncover potential roadblocks. Shaping every interaction, so users navigate smoothly, barely noticing the design at all-until they reach their goal and think, that was easy.
